The Club

A space by judokas, for judokas

Discover the legacy, values and method that give life to Shogun Judo Club.

The Club

A new legacy is born

Shogun does not want to be just another gym. It is a space conceived, designed and led by judokas, for judokas.

We are in our Establishment Stage 2026–2028: building structure, community, reputation and a long-term identity. An open-tatami club that invites the community to practice judo and become part of its culture.

Mission

To establish a self-sufficient judo club that drives the personal, professional and athletic development of its members.

Vision

To be a judo club by judokas, for judokas, with an open tatami that invites the community to practice the sport, becoming a reference in training and athletic specialization.

The Shogun Code

Four pillars, one identity

The values that shape every decision, every training session and every judoka in the club.

Autonomy

Decisions made round-table, through committees, preserving our independence. We engage with federations and organizations without depending on them.

Self-sufficiency

The ability to generate and manage our own resources: financial, structural and human. We grow on our own strength.

Respect

For the values of bushido and the martial hierarchy. Respect for the tatami, the sensei, the team and the path we choose to walk.

Recognition

Of the merit and effort of every member. Every step of progress, every act of discipline and every contribution deserves to be seen.

Training method

How we train

Every class follows a structure designed to train body, technique and character safely and progressively.

  4. 04

  5. 05

For the youngest: learning through play, safely.

  6. 06

Free, supervised practice to apply what's been learned.

  7. 07

Bow, rituals and closing: judo begins and ends with respect.
