Kihon (基本) means "basics" or "fundamentals": the essential techniques taught and practiced as the foundation in judo and other martial arts.

Answering your questions
We welcome children from age 4 in the kids program, with classes adapted to their age and development.
Yes. The first thing we teach is ukemi (how to fall). We train progressively, supervised and in a controlled environment.
No. We have beginner classes where you start from scratch, regardless of age.
For the trial class, comfortable sportswear is enough. Later you'll use a judogi (judo uniform).
Not for your first class. We'll guide you on how and where to get your judogi once you decide to continue.
Yes. Families are welcome to watch, following the coach's guidance.
Yes. We have a competition team and a development path from grassroots training to high performance.
